Description: The Queen Anne Bed & Breakfast is ideally located within walking distance of the historic downtown Galveston Strand shopping area, theaters, many fine and casual restaurants, cruise ship terminal and beaches. We offer free parking for the cruise duration to guests staying a night before or after their cruise.

Built in 1905, The Queen Anne features original stained glass windows, twelve-foot ceilings, exquisite inlaid wood floors, pocket doors and has many fine antiques throughout. The parlor is popular with guests who appreciate the peaceful and charming lifestyle of a by-gone era!

Breakfast is a wonderful dining experience served on antique china and accompanied by candlelight and soft music. Guests enjoy a full breakfast daily including homemade breads, jams, jellies, Praline Sauce and many house specialties. The sideboard in the dining room is laid ready for hot tea any time of the day with select Ashby's teas.

Other Amenities: Private and large, this 500 sq.ft., ground level suite has a private garden entrance and oversized two-person Jacuzzi in the bedroom...ideal for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations! A comfortable sitting area with cable TV/VCR, CD player, coffee bar, small refrigerator, antique vanity, King-sized Brass and Rod Iron bed, and bath with shower all give the room a English Country Cottage feel. A full-size Futon in the sitting area can accommodate two additional guests.
