Description: The Star of Texas Inn offers historic Austin bed & breakfast lodging, and is a relaxing place to stay in central Austin. We are near downtown and the University of Texas. We offer a nice place for travelers of all types, whether honeymooners, business travelers or folks just getting away. We have a large wraparound porch, and above that, a balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. Either is perfect for lazy afternoons. We offer you a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Our house is perfect for couples, business travellers, and visitors to the University of Texas.
Other Amenities: We have a high speed, wireless Internet connection available to our guests, and several of our rooms have desks for doing work. We also have a parlor for meeting people or just hanging out.
