Description: The gently rolling terrain begins and you know you are someplace special. The Ann Stevens House sits in secluded charm in Lake Helen, Florida, just next to the village of Cassadaga. The inn is on the National Register of Historic Places. Only minutes away from shops, antiquing, springs, and beaches - yet you are a world apart in this peaceful place. "You never really leave this place ...you just go home for a while."
Other Amenities: As you enter the Inn you have an almost perceptible feeling of people and times gone by. Each of the eight guestrooms has its own distinctive style and a private bath, some with Jacuzzis and most with a private, screened porch. Enjoy your first cup of morning coffee on the porch or in the courtyard gardens as the sun peeks through the forest to the east. A full country breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. Bring a bathing suit and enjoy a long soak in the hot tub that is in a Victorian gazebo. You will want to sit a spell on one of the porches, where, if it rains you are treated to the tin roof symphony.
