Description: Come away to our Bed and Breakfast known as "New Land" for a delightful alternative to the fast pace of our hectic world. The house was built near the end of the Victorian era, around 1901. For more than eighty years it provided spacious accommodations for numerous families. In the early 1990s it was purchased by a local attorney and was beautifully restored, maintaining its Victorian elegance with high ceilings, crown moldings, and spacious rooms.
The Terra Nova House has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast since 1998. Visitors have come from all over the United States, Canada, and several foreign countries, making it one of the leading establishments of its kind in the Mercer County area. In April of 2004 your hosts, Barry and Sandy Miller, left the business world behind and followed their dream of owning a Bed and Breakfast. "We have always enjoyed having friends and family in our home. Running our own Bed and Breakfast was a natural extension of that. We want all of our guests to feel at home and enjoy their stay with us."
