Description: The StoneyBrook Bed and Breakfast is in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Pennsylvania, a pastoral setting only minutes away from many interesting activities. One can explore several Civil War sites such as Gettysburg, Antetiem, or Harper's Ferry. Golf at Carroll Valley Golf Resort or Mountain View Golf Course. There is shopping for antiques close by or outlet shopping in Gettysburg. The StoneyBrook Bed and Breakfast is a marvelous base for trips to Washington DC, Baltimore, Maryland or Hershey Park. Ski Liberty is minutes away and there is a stream, stocked with trout in the spring, for your fishing pleasure right on the property.
There is an open deck area reached through french doors on the east side of the Inn for relaxing or visiting anytime during your stay. In the evening sitting on the wide veranda of the StoneyBrook, you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets in this area and while you are having a cool drink you just may see the family of deer that regularly feed in Stoneybrook's fields.
