Description: Built in 1786 as a neat and commodious house of a midling size..., the Squire Smith Inn is recognized as a historic National Trust treasure. Surviving three Civil War Calvary raids, today as a bed and breakfast, the Inn offers king and queen beds with private baths in four guest rooms or two-room suites.
Other Amenities: This beautiful room contains a queen sized cherry sleigh bed, a Queen Ann side table, a comfortable, old maple rocking chair, and private bath. A "now retired" stone fireplace has the words inscribed, "East, West, Hame’s Best."
