Lackawaxen (swift waters) is a small, friendly village located where the Delaware and Lackawaxen Rivers join. Both rivers attract rafters and canoeists and boast some of the best trout and bass fishing in the eastern United States. Settle in on our front porch overlooking the water. Hike Tusten Mountain Trail where the fragrance of a hemlock forest is nature's aromatherapy. Or view area waterfalls for a profound escape from urban stress.
