Description: The 70 acre farm has been in the Landis Family since the 1920's. Earl has lived on this farm for all but 3 years of his life. We were a full-time working dairy farm up until 2003 when we retired the herd and now devote most of our time to farming.We have been operating the guest house since 1977. Many of our guests, who come from several other states, as well as overseas, have remained friends and enriched our lives through those years. Being able to share our farm has been a blessing and a learning experience for us and our many guests.
Other Amenities: Guest facilities on the Landis Farm include a charming guest cottage, which is located between the main house and the barn area, so you can see Earl as he goes about his daily chores. And even though you're right there you'll be surprised at the quietness and serenity.The cottage is air-conditioned and has two bedrooms, (1 full-size, 1 queen-size bed) and a full bath upstairs, living room with basic Dish Network T.V., VCR and a full working eat-in kitchen downstairs. A supply of breakfast foods are provided for your convenience.
