Description: Two historic homes - both built in 1917- and moved to their present location in 1996- provide the charming setting for Hibiscus House Downtown. The main house - The Van Valkenburg Home - is one of the best and last remaining examples in West Palm Beach of Frame Vernacular architecture with Victorian and Craftsman Bungalow Features. Our bed and breakfast guest rooms are individually furnished to provide an intimate, relaxed setting. Step out the front door and enjoy a short walk to City Place, Clematis Street, the new Palm Beach Convention Center, and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
